Work

I consult to senior managers on issues of strategy, innovation, strategic renewal and change across a wide range of industries.

Next to my consulting work, I’m currently researching innovation as part of Manchester Business School’s DBA programme. If you’re interested in participating in research on how to drive strategic innovation and business model innovation, don’t hesitate to contact me.

Experience

I have worked with major corporations across a wide range of industries in Europe, the US, Canada, Latin America, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Turkey, China and South Africa.

Besides my corporate work, I have also run courses at leading business schools including Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, the Boston University School of Management, and the European Business School London.

Before going into consulting I worked in the music industry and was the founder and managing director of a training organization, where I developed and delivered executive programs on strategy, leadership, general management and business administration for companies worldwide.

I holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.

Born and raised in the Ardennes of northern Luxembourg, I am pretty fluent in English, German, French, and Luxembourgish. I enjoy travelling around the globe, be it for business or pleasure, reading on strategy, innovation and organization, watching Lost, Heroes and Prison Break, and a good night out sipping Daiquiri Noirs with friends.
