My research interests focus on the process, content and context of strategic innovation. Key questions include:

• How to enable strategic innovation / business model innovation?
• Through which dynamic capabilities (activities, processes and routines) do strategic innovations – i.e. value innovation, business model innovation and market innovation –  come about?
• What is the role of top management in such processes?
