My work focuses on designing and facilitating strategy development and implementation processes in contexts requiring strategic renewal, repositioning and organizational transformation for new growth. Together with leaders and their teams I develop, shape and transform organizations, by imagining, creating and executing breakthrough strategies, new business models and novel management practices for growth and renewal.
Typically projects can be as short as a facilitated meeting or as long as a multi year strategy engagement.

- Driving business model innovation in a global manufacturing group.
- Establishing and consulting to the strategic innovation office of a multinational industrial company on how to drive business model innovation within and across 4 divisions.
- Strategic innovation, renewal and strategy implementation at the Eastern European ICT division of a leading German aviation group.
- Working with the owners and the management team of a medium sized publishing company on strategy implementation.
- Facilitating the development of a turnaround strategy at a Swiss private bank.
- Facilitating a series of strategy workshops with division management, identifying a new strategic intent, opportunities for strategic innovation and developing ideas on how to seize them.
- Managing a lengthy transformation process at the financial services division of a major German automotive company, implementing a new global strategy and organizational transformation.
- Leading a Business Model Design process for a new business of an established online portal.
