My work focuses on designing and facilitating strategy development and implementation processes in contexts requiring strategic renewal, repositioning and organizational transformation for new growth.

Research
My research focuses on how to enable strategic innovation. I’m interested in what the most innovative individuals, teams and organizations in the world do to make strategic innovation happen. I research the underlying organizational processes and routines, and the managerial actions leading to strategic innovation, renewal and repositioning. A special focus lies on how incumbent organizations innovate and renew their business models.
